Entry-Level/Junior Business and IP Litigation Attorney We are a small boutique law firm (9 attorneys) looking for an entry-level or Junior Business/IIP Litigation Attorney who is passionate about being a true advisor and problem solver for businesses and business owners. This is an entry-level position for lawyers to gain experience in our firm's practice area (business, IP, and litigation). The Sul Lee Law firm is a fast-growing business, commercial, and IP litigation/transactional firm. Responsibilities: • Identify legal issues in new cases that arise • Analyze and categorize client documentation efficiently • Communicate legal strategies through memos and advisory letters • Conduct thorough legal research on client-related matters • Assist in creating business transaction documents • Address legal inquiries from marketing and sales teams • Produce articles or blog posts discussing recent legal developments • Support client communication initiatives Qualifications: • Able to work effectively in a high-paced work environment • Holds a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school • Maintains active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association • Demonstrates strong logical and rational thinking abilities • Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Shows initiative as a self-starter and values teamwork • Exemplifies excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000+ yearly
