As a Junior Branch Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our branch's success, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Salary $50,400 Plus bonus annually $32,775
(paid monthly) and company car.

• Oversee daily branch operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and customer service representatives, fostering a collaborative and motivational work environment
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of branch assets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complex issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with regional managers to optimize branch processes and improve overall efficiency
• Analyze branch performance data and prepare detailed reports for upper management
• Participate in local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and customers
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance goals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, including day and evening shifts as needed
• Must be at least {AGE} old and authorized to work in the United States
• Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving team success
