    About the Role

    Reboot Staff is seeking a talented and organized Junior Communications Coordinator to manage and enhance internal and external communications. This role involves crafting compelling messaging, coordinating media relations, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all communication channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Internal Communication : Draft and distribute internal memos, company newsletters, and updates to ensure all employees are informed of key initiatives and changes.
    • Client Correspondence : Serve as the primary point of contact for written communication with clients, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
    • Event Support : Assist with the coordination of company events, presentations, and meetings, preparing supporting materials as needed.
    • Documentation : Maintain accurate and organized records of all communication activities and correspondence.
    • Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders through timely and effective communication.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
