    We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are looking for an experienced Jr. Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and exposure to a construction project’s life cycle. To be successful in this role, the Jr. Project Coordinator should have excellent communication and analytical skills while being able to manage time and resources to maximize efficiency. The Jr. Project Coordinator will be responsible for capturing all significant data from City (AHJ) and Utility meetings and conveying the relevant information in a comprehensive way in alignment with the Construction Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking to further their career in the data management and to grow as a Project Coordinator. A positive attitude is a must!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Work directly with the Construction Project Coordinator (CPC) to ensure concise communication between all relevant parties on any given project

    Track deliverables during City (AHJ) and Utility meetings

    Monitor and report on KPIs through a project’s life-cycle

    Analyze communication with varying project regions to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

    Monitor and update the Construction Project Coordinator (CPC) on design revisions and/or assessments from an City (AHJ) or Utility

    Gain an understanding of California EV legislation relevant to the day-to-day operations of all projects

    Coordinate meetings with CPMs & CPC to identify and elevate AHJ & Utility delays to the respective supervisor

    Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

    Additional duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field preferred

    1-2 years’ experience in project management, data management or a related field

    Demonstrates keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessary

    Dedicated to achieving excellence - consistently performs duties with efficiency in mind

    Strong written and verbal communication, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities

    Proficient in engaging effectively with individuals at all levels

    Shows a professional and suitable demeanor when handling sensitive information

    Collaborative and works effectively within a team environment

    Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills

    Comfortable reporting and presenting information

    Proficiency with Excel is a must

    Experience with other Microsoft Office Suites and CRM software is a plus

    A track record of following through on commitments

    Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred
