Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior HR Manager to join our human resources team. In this entry-level management role, you will work closely with senior HR personnel to support HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with employee training.
Help manage employee records, ensuring that all HR-related documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and helping resolve conflicts or workplace issues in collaboration with senior HR staff.
Administer and assist in the management of employee benefits, leave of absence, and payroll records.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including events, surveys, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain confidential information, including employee files and sensitive data.
Assist with performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Track and report HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and employee satisfaction to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, handling HR correspondence, and maintaining HR databases.
Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices to assist in developing innovative HR strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related field (internships or entry-level roles also considered).
Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS or ATS).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle employee relations matters.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
