    Duration: 04/01/2025 - 03/31/2026 (Contract to Hire)
    Rate: $45 - $50/hour
    Contract Type: W-2 only, no visa sponsorships or subcontracting

    Scope of Services:

    The Junior IT Security Analyst will play a key role in supporting security operations, focusing on identity management and security services. This role will require close collaboration with multiple internal teams, including IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Support Services, and business units, as well as Service Providers. The Analyst will help ensure adherence to security protocols, assist with ongoing security projects, and contribute to resolving issues related to identity access management and security breaches. The Junior IT Security Analyst will also support the monitoring and optimization of security services and service providers, contributing to audits, and ensuring effective service delivery.

    Role, Responsibilities & Deliverables:

    • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Support Services, business unit professionals, and other stakeholders to support identity management/security services, procurement, payment processing, spending optimization, and expense management.
    • Issue Resolution: Help drive resolution of security-related operational and service-based issues, analyze and report on Service Provider performance, and escalate issues as needed in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Manager.
    • Access/Security Management: Respond to and resolve issues related to identity access/security in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
    • Project Monitoring: Collaborate with project managers and Service Provider personnel to track projects, ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to agreed-upon service levels, including budget, schedule, and quality.
    • Audit Support: Facilitate and participate in audits related to Security Services, ensuring processes and documentation meet company standards.
    • Documentation Maintenance: Ensure that Security Services support and procedural documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and available for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Security Operations Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the Service Providers' security operations, capabilities, and processes, helping to ensure alignment with the company’s overall cybersecurity strategy.
    • Incident Management: Participate in investigations and management of security breaches, incidents, and outbreaks, collaborating with Company IT Management and Security Service Providers to resolve issues and mitigate risks.

    Education & Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of experience in security services, security analysis, deployment, and support.
    • Knowledge of IT security tools, components, trends, and best practices.
    • Experience with identity access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM) technologies/tools.
    • Familiarity with tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, PingFederate, PingOne, or SPHEREboard is a plus.
    • Coding experience or knowledge of related IAM/PAM technologies is a plus.
    • Strong analytical abilities, including process analysis, development, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
