Brulin’s ISS (Inside Sales Specialist) for parts and cleaning solutions (PCS) serves in selling the industrial product line. Through the consultative sales approach, the specialist will establish and foster solid relationships with customers and will help generate meaningful sales growth and profitability through lead generation and lead qualification. The ISS will support the Process Specialists by managing and supporting existing customers and will maintain ongoing relationships to sell additional products, provide technical support and prompt service to customers.
** Position Objectives & Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and create opportunities to drive additional growth and value through consultative sales process and excellent relationship building skills.
- Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Conduct outreach to customers, set up introductory meetings and update data in Salesforce.
- Solid resource for Brulin products and product-line solution offerings.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, product questions, uses, and equipment issues.
- Support trade shows and marketing efforts of the organization.
- Support sales specialists, generate quotes, respond to internal requests as needed.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment and share information proactively.
