Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: IRISS HQ - Bradenton, FL
Reports To: Director of Sales – North America
Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong relational and organizational skills, and Sales experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting sales programs that maximize sales with assigned, targeted and development accounts. In addition to sales and providing market research, the responsibilities include implementing sales strategies and providing product knowledge to customers within the assigned Region.
Responsibilities:
Support sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by assisting, developing, and motivating all sales channels, OEMs, electrical distributors, resellers, service providers, end users within assigned Region.
Provide ongoing training and development of customers to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained.
Meet targeted sales quotas and productivity standards.
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers daily.
Work collaboratively with Outside Sales Team and Marketing to develop marketing content and strategies that are applicable to all customers and provide customer feedback for market research.
Prospect, Identify, Prioritize and Target new customers in the Region.
Qualifications:
Minimum Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industry.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content. Technical writing a plus.
Effective decision making and problem solving.
Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively with customers and all employees at all levels of the organization.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of electrical safety products and the electrical safety industry is a plus.
Ability to consult with others, internal and external customers.
Ability to be flexible, self-driven in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft Office 365 is a must.
Experience with a CRM tool, Salesforce preferably.
