What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in analyzing patents, file histories, technical documentation, and expert opinions
• Draft basic legal documents, including freedom-to-operate and invalidation opinions
• Prepare and help draft legal notices and statements
• Support due diligence efforts, including settlement prep and trial preparation
• Contribute to IP assessments for business development and research purposes

About You:

• Background in science or pharmaceuticals 
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required; a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Pharmaceuticals or Chemistry is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience or strong academic focus in ANDA litigation and FDA regulatory law
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical documents
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the IP field with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
