Our primary clients consist of large businesses and governmental entities. Compensation: $100,000 base plus starting + quarterly bonuses Responsibilities: Key responsibilities: • Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and agency responses • Drafting memos, letters, and case status updates • Drafting and responding to discovery • Taking and defending depositions • Representing clients in court proceedings, mediation, and administrative proceedings • Assisting in conducting workplace investigations • Delegating to and supervising paralegals, law clerks, and legal assistants • Assisting with Firm business development, marketing efforts, and administrative activities, as requested • Inputting billable time on a daily basis Qualifications: • The ideal candidate for this position must currently hold a valid license to practice law in Georgia • Possessing a minimum of two years of civil litigation experience at a law firm, with a preference for employment law and federal court experience • Demonstrating an attraction to delivering high-quality work for business clients, including in-house counsel • Enjoying opportunities to engage in networking activities with colleagues and community members to enhance the Firm's and Team's reputation • Displaying exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust and rapport with team members at various levels • Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines, and producing quality work • Eager to participate in the Firm's business development initiatives • Thriving in a flexible, autonomous, and accountable work environment within a small firm setting • Valuing the hands-on learning opportunities offered by a small firm environment Compensation: $100,000 base + bonuses
