Responsibilities: • Assist the Team Lead in managing and supporting seller clients throughout the listing process • Coordinate listing preparation, including staging consultations, professional photography, and home improvements • Attend listing appointments with the Team Lead to gain firsthand experience in client interactions and negotiations • Lead generated every week • Host 2 open houses monthly • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions to continuously improve skills and sales techniques • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging and other listing-related services • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers • Track activities and clients in CRM Qualifications: • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule • Team player • Licensed real estate professional for 1+ years • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Learning based, growth-minded • Organized • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues • Excellent time management skills • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, social media, and marketing tools (or a willingness to learn) Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 yearly
