Responsibilities: • Initial point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms. • Coordinate property viewings and consultations, aligning client needs with team availability. • Manage and maintain lead information within our CRM system, ensuring consistency and follow-up. • Conduct outreach initiatives to grow our clientele and strengthen our market presence. • Learn alongside senior agents, gaining invaluable insights into the luxury property market. Qualifications: • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Prior experience in sales or real estate is highly valued, but open to those eager to learn from the ground up. • Proficiency in organizational skills and the ability to manage complex tasks smoothly. • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, real estate software, or the willingness to learn quickly. • Ambitious, with an appetite for achieving and exceeding targets. Compensation: $75,000 at plan earning potential
