KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Navigation:
- Must have working knowledge or a willingness to learn how to fully navigate Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok (pending ban), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Will conduct and moderate community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (pending ban), YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, with an emphasis on Instagram and Facebook.
Social Media Management Tools:
- Must have working knowledge or a willingness to learn how to use Social Media Management Tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
Influencer Outreach:
- Conduct initial Influencer Outreach and sourcing via our Influencer Program Doc and all of our social media platforms.
Event Coverage:
- Cover and be proactive at events, conduct interviews, and assist with filming days and events such as filler shoots, grand openings, pop-ups, and city events.
- Participate in events like drivable CA city events or even events in other states.
Brand Ambassadors:
- Hire, lead, and train brand ambassadors at college campuses or city events.
- Assist with sourcing brand reps/ambassadors in each franchisee location as needed.
Local News Outreach:
- Source local news outlets to cover grand openings, city events, and college events that franchisees will be at.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Outgoing Personality: Must have an outgoing personality and great communication skills.
- Event Proactivity: Ability to cover and be proactive at events and conduct interviews.
- Learning Agility: Willingness to learn and adapt to new social media platforms and tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Community Engagement:
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Moderate discussions and foster positive interactions within our online community.
Content Creation:
- Assist with the creation and curation of engaging content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in our social media strategy.
