Employment Litigation Associate – Tampa, FL
Our client, a nationally recognized labor and employment law firm, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 1-4 years of experience to join their Tampa office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop their practice under the mentorship of highly experienced attorneys in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters from start to finish, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediations
- Advise clients on day-to-day workplace issues under various employment laws
- Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and training materials
- Counsel clients on risk management, compliance, and employment law best practices
- Leverage cutting-edge legal technology to provide innovative client solutions
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of employment litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service and growth
- Admission to the Florida Bar is required
