    Our client, a nationally recognized labor and employment law firm, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 1-4 years of experience to join their Tampa office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop their practice under the mentorship of highly experienced attorneys in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle litigation matters from start to finish, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediations
    • Advise clients on day-to-day workplace issues under various employment laws
    • Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and training materials
    • Counsel clients on risk management, compliance, and employment law best practices
    • Leverage cutting-edge legal technology to provide innovative client solutions

    Qualifications:

    • 1-4 years of employment litigation experience
    • Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service and growth
    • Admission to the Florida Bar is required
