    Job Title: Junior Office Assistant (Student Opportunity) Location: Mishawaka, IN 46545 Job Type: Part-Time / Entry-Level Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour Schedule: Every other week (flexible hours) Age Requirement: Must be 15–18 years old Reports To: Office Manager / Director

    Position Overview:

    We are offering a great opportunity for a motivated high school student to gain hands-on experience in an office environment! The Junior Office Assistant will support basic clerical tasks and learn professional workplace skills that can benefit future education or career goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Answer phones and transfer calls or take messages as needed

    Greet visitors and assist with basic questions

    Help with filing, organizing paperwork, and data entry

    Make photocopies, scan documents, and prepare folders

    Assist with cleaning and tidying up shared office areas

    Help with sorting and delivering mail

    Run small errands within the building (with supervision)

    Support staff with light office duties and projects

    Ideal Candidate:

    Currently enrolled in high school (ages 16–18)

    Friendly, respectful, and eager to learn

    Basic knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word, typing, etc.)

    Good communication and listening skills

    Follows directions well and works independently when needed

    Punctual and reliable

    Interested in learning about business or office administration

    Work Schedule:

    Every other week schedule (flexible to fit school responsibilities)

    Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours per scheduled week

    Shifts may be after school or during breaks/vacations.
