    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Probate Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience in probate and estate litigation. As a Junior Probate Litigation Attorney, you will work closely with senior attorneys to assist with will contests, trust disputes, and other probate-related matters. This is an excellent role for someone eager to learn and grow in a specialized area of law. This is a remote position. Our main office is located in San Diego. Responsibilities: • Assist senior attorneys in handling probate litigation cases, including will contests, trust disputes, and estate-related conflicts. • Conduct legal research on probate law, wills, trusts, and estate planning issues. • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests under the supervision of senior attorneys. • Review and analyze estate planning documents, including wills and trusts, to help build cases. • Prepare case summaries and assist in trial preparation, including organizing evidence and preparing exhibits. • Participate in client meetings, providing support and assisting in communicating legal advice under the guidance of senior attorneys. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law in California • Minimum 2 years of experience in probate litigation, estate planning, or a related field Strong written and oral communication skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks efficiently. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while learning from senior attorneys. • Excellent legal research and writing skills. Compensation: $120,000+ depending on experience
