Samirian Chemicals has an immediate opportunity for a Junior Sales Representative specializing in industrial chemicals. The Junior Sales Representative will support the sales team and enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service. This fully remote position involves responding to customer inquiries, assisting with order processing, and providing general support to ensure smooth customer interactions. We are especially interested in candidates with experience or familiarity with the Cleveland, Houston, or New Orleans areas, as knowledge of these regions can enhance our customer connections.
Responsibilities:
Receive, enter, and process customer orders with accuracy.
Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
Provide timely follow-up on all customer orders to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Support the team in delivering high-quality customer service and fostering positive customer relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Chemistry or a related field.
Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
1-2 years of customer service, sales support, or relevant experience (preferred but not required).
Experience or familiarity with the Cleveland, Houston, or New Orleans areas is a plus.
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and other CRM software is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Teams is an asset.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
