Job Title: Junior Social Media Strategist

Position Overview:
We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Strategist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the social media presence of our clients by planning, creating, analyzing, and reporting on social media campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Client Services and other internal teams to deliver high-quality social media strategies and content that meet client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Posting:
Manage and post content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Trend Research & Content Strategy:
Identify trending topics and ideas to create engaging, relevant, and timely content for each client's audience.
Performance Analysis & Recommendations:
Conduct creative assessments of campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to optimize results.
Caption & Ad Copy Writing:
Write compelling captions, ad copy, and other creative text that aligns with each client's brand voice and campaign goals.
Reporting & Analytics:
Collect and analyze data to create performance reports for each client, offering insights into key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
Monthly Planning:
Build and present monthly social media content plans for clients, outlining goals, themes, and scheduled activities.
