    Nami Nori is looking for an energetic and experienced Junior Sous Chef for our Design District Location. The ideal candidate is focused, detailed, and motivated to provide quality food.

    Nami Nori is the first to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. Our mission is to create a world-wide devoted fan following for temaki through “omotenashi”, the Japanese art of gracious hospitality.     POSITION SUMMARY

    Responsible for assisting the Chef de Cuisine with supervising and organizing the activities of the Nami Nori and Matsuyoi culinary teams to maintain the highest standards of food quality, cost control and consistency.
