Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior Maximo Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role acts as the primary interface for project delivery, support, and managed services in IBM Maximo environments. The successful candidate will leverage real-time analysis, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking to meet client needs while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: · Collaborate with team members to achieve project milestones efficiently while delivering exemplary service and value.
· Attend client meetings to gather and document system requirements and develop actionable delivery plans.
· Design and implement technical solutions to meet client needs.
· Document technical architecture, business processes, and solution designs.
· Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email; diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
· Analyze and resolve problems using sound professional judgment, escalating issues when appropriate.
· Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring detailed documentation of case activities and progress updates.
· Provide basic training to clients on functionality setup as needed.
· Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to product quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications: · Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with scripting languages (KShell, PowerShell preferred).
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and a desire to contribute to team success.
Would Give You and Edge: · 1-2 years of experience with IBM Maximo.
· Experience with JavaScript, Python, Angular, Java, CSS, HTML
· Familiarity with basic training and support processes.
