    Company Overview The Junkluggers offers full service, eco-friendly junk removal service. We remove items from homes and businesses that need to be discarded and either donated, recycled, or disposed of. We do small jobs where we remove a single item, all the way up to full estate cleanouts. Our mission is to keep as much out of the landfill as possible and we do that through best-in-class practices in donating, recycling and charitable giving and we provide knock your socks off service to every customer.

    Job Summary Our Junk Removal Specialists are important front-line team members who are the company's face to our valued customers. We build the Best Teams to deliver on our promises, Junk Removal specialists may be assigned as Navigators or Drivers, (if eligible), by their supervisor daily. If you enjoy meeting new people, genuinely care about customer service, and have a commitment to safety and like variety at work, come help us save the world “One Lug at a Time”!

    Responsibilities

    Complete all jobs according to company standards, practices, and mission statement.

    Treat team members and customers with care and respect by providing knock-your-socks-off service.

    Educate customers on our services to demonstrate our value.

    Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items.

    Work with community donation, recycling, and disposal partners to dispose of items the green way.

    Become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently (what can be donated and recycled and where, how to safely and efficiently complete a job).

    Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues.

    Execute guerilla marketing tactics to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers.

    Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – this is a customer-facing role.

    Safety-first mindset

    Ability to problem solve on the fly to get the job done.

    Ability to learn and use technology in the field to execute job requirements, quickly and efficiently.

    Ability to work a varying schedule including Saturdays and Sunday afternoons.

    Obtain and maintain a valid GA C-class driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record (no moving violations or at fault accidents for the last 3 years)

    Supply and reliably use your own mobile phone.

    Ability to lift 75 lbs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Owns and maintains own tool and toolbox/bag.
