    JUST RIGHT HEATING & COOLING in SALT LAKE CITY, UT is looking to hire a FULL-TIME HVAC OFFICE MANAGER / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our office team and perform a variety of clerical and bookkeeping tasks to help keep our HVAC business running smoothly.     Working a schedule of MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, this position earns $14.00 - $20.00 PER HOUR, depending on experience.     As an HVAC Office Manager / Administrative Assistant, you are crucial to our success! In order to provide our clients with the very best in HVAC services, we need someone to keep our team on task and the company moving forward. We rely on you to pay attention to the details, keeping our financial information organized, accurate, and up to date.

    Coordinating events and activities for the leadership team and helping with various bookkeeping functions are important responsibilities of this position. You effectively communicate with technicians and customers to maintain up-to-date company records. Your data entry and accounting skills help keep our business running smoothly.

    Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all of your interactions and everyone enjoys working with you. You are good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized. You see what needs to be done and jump right in. Your daily contributions help to build our business and customer relationships.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 3 years office or data entry experience
    • Strong computer skills
    • Excellent typing and data entry skills
