Pay Scale: Salary of $6,000 - $15,000 a month with bonus opportunities based on department performance and other factors.
Summary: Runs an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records. Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all service department staff.
Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc.
Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Serves as liaison with factory representatives.
Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Attends managers meetings as requested
Other tasks as assigned.
Expectations:
Minimum 3 years’ experience
Customer service experience
Valid driver's license
Positive attitude and demeanor
Stop leadership skills
Strong listening and verbal communication skills
Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
Applicable manufacturer’s certifications
Ability to comply with all Dealership policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines.
