Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the accomplishment of the company, region and district within a territory, including gross sales, quota goals, profits, inventory, expenses and overall company mission. Work within one or more territories to develop sales relationships and provide monthly summaries of account activity and goals progress to the district manager. Consult with the customers to provide answers to all questions regarding use of products. Be able to in-service, maintain, restock and sell all products in the KLS MARTIN LP current product portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use professional verbal and written communication skills to explain technical product information to customers, sales people and employees
- Provide in-service, sales presentations and answers to all questions on all KLS MARTIN LP products
- Deliver sales presentations to update customers on all products and services offered by KLS MARTIN in North America
- Organize and run professional educational events including hands on workshops with all products
- Plan and run online and on site meetings with customers and sales teams using Internet-based online meeting software or digital projection hardware
- Stay current on, and cross reference competitive product offering and pricing
- Provide pricing to customers within the policy of the company and provide local knowledge for negotiation of price contract with the contract team and sales management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 year college degree
- Previous experience in sales
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to learn, Salesforce.com, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Concur, Paycom, iOS iPad and iPhone
- Valid drivers license, must meet Insurance underwriting requirements
- Requires 35% travel
