THE ROLE: KOS Services LLC actively seeks a motivated Provider Relations Specialist. This role serves as the liaison between the dental providers/offices and insurance companies to ensure dental providers are established adequately with insurance companies. This position is located in downtown Chicago, and it is not remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete insurance credentialing and re-credentialing paperwork for private and public insurers
• Gather and maintain up-to-date credentialing documents for all dental providers
• Follow up with insurers and doctors to accelerate credentialing process timing to ensure smooth onboarding of new doctors. Inform management of credentialing statuses
• Coordinate and schedule clinical training and onboarding of new doctors
• Improve processes to streamline and optimize the credentialing process
• Maintain provider roster for insurers
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required:

  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and relationship-building skills with a positive attitude and demeanor
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy and strong computer skills

• Preferred:

  • Strong communication skills; ability to communicate and present information to the leadership team
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
