The SERVICE MANAGER is responsible for the overall management of service and repair department in the DFW market. We are looking for a motivated leader that will oversee 24+ crew trucks, 8 office staff and a record of driving excellence. The position is a tremendous opportunity for an ALL-Pro that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, positive work environment. We are looking for a goal-oriented, seasoned self-starter that is customer centric and will manage the KPost Service TEAM that feeds 60% of our reroofing business annually!
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The SERVICE MANAGER will function as part of our Commercial Roofing Team that practices the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOM) Model and is a people person. Candidates must have proven success in meeting and exceeding goals and managing a team with a minimum of three years with roofing experience not required. The role is responsible for communicating with existing customers and expanding our business partners.
