    JOB OVERVIEW

    Kaizen Health is seeking an energetic, motivated team player to support the development of our nationwide network of transportation partners. A successful candidate will be tasked with supporting our existing partnerships, while contributing to the development of a market-leading network. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional drive, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to Kaizen Health’s mission and core values.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    • Identify new transportation partners based on client needs and Kaizen Health product/service roadmap objectives
    • Initiate outreach and articulate Kaizen Health's partnership value proposition
    • Assist with contracting and implementation for new transportation and logistics partners
    • Support relationships with existing transportation partners, ensuring transparency, collaboration, and rapid issue identification/resolution
    • Support credentialing and compliance processes with transportation providers, in cooperation with Director, Compliance

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong attention to detail and persistence REQUIRED
    • Self-starter with ability to independently manage multiple tasks in parallel
    • Outstanding organization and oral/written communication skills
    • Experience in transportation, logistics, operations, healthcare, and/or early-stage companies preferred
    • Eagerness to learn, willingness to ask questions
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software tools
    • Able to work independently 
    • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (Kaizen Health employees currently work in the office 2 days/week and from home 3 days/week)
