An Autism Therapist Trainee will earn certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) and deliver early intensive behavioral intervention for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within a lively and exciting preschool. - Full-Time (40 hours guaranteed) with salary level based on your experience and achievement of RBT Certification.
- Three paid week-long breaks (Spring, Summer, Winter) and six paid federal holidays
- Up to 6 additional days paid time off, following our introductory period

JOB DESCRIPTION:
An Autism Therapist Trainee will become a certified (RBT) with our amazing training program and will use the science of behavior analysis to teach children with and without ASD diagnoses in our program, a happy, fast-paced school-like environment. Interested providers can also teach and lead preschool classes and specialized, small-group lessons focusing on early play skills, art, music and movement, and science-based literacy instruction!
