Job Description

We are currently seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Agency Manager to join our headquarters in Needham, Massachusetts. The Branch Manager plays a vital role in the oversight and coordination of agency profitability. The position interfaces heavily with the upper management, company partners, and clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervising sales and service, account managers, and day to day office operations and procedures.
• Customer sales and service of personal lines insurance policies
• Ability to resolve client concerns and issues
• Review and recommend insurance coverages for clients
• Account round and cross-sell existing accounts
• Deliver superior customer service while adhering to guidelines and workflows

REQUIREMENTS:

• Five years minimum Personal Lines insurance experience
• Commercial experience is a plus
• Must have a current (state) P & C insurance license
• Strong communication skills - oral, written, phone, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and build client relationships
• Working knowledge of insurance agency management software, insurance rating Software.
• Able to demonstrate knowledge with all assigned products, insurance coverages, services, policies, pricing, placement of coverage, regulations and benefits of each.
• Management experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Applied Epic insurance agency management system experience is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
