    Job Summary

    Join our dynamic team at our professional tennis facility as a club assistant. This position is ideal for individuals dedicated to providing exceptional service to club members. As an employee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive experience for players and guests while supporting various operational aspects of the club as well as assistance to the Direct of the tennis club.

    We are seeking a friendly and energetic person to join our team! Among other administrative tasks, you will be responsible for checking in/out young players for their individual and group lessons as well as supervising and tracking their court time at the facility. You will ensure that the players are reconnected with their guardians after the lessons. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail oriented and motivated.

    Hours are Monday - Friday 9am -3pm.

    Responsibilities:

    Welcome youth members and check them in/out for their lessons

    Create a fun and safe environment

    Supervise players to ensure they are connected with their guardian after lessons

    Enforce tennis club rules and regulations

    Perform additional administrative tasks as requested by the Director of the facility.

    Communicate with parents and coaches regarding youth players

    Qualifications:

    No previous tennis club experience necessary

    Enthusiastic, friendly, and patient

    Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

    Basic social media knowledge a plus

    First aid/CPR certified a plus
