Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing is looking for an OFFICE AND HR ASSISTANT to join our team!

Located at 3780 Lake Park Drive, Covington, KY 41017, this person will be the first point of contact for any visitors and guests coming into the front office and will be responsible for answering the phones and directing and assisting vendors. We will need someone with a friendly attitude and welcoming smile! This is a casual yet professional office setting.

PAY IS $17-$18/HR AND SCHEDULED HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. WE PAY WEEKLY! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Provide efficient, courteous customer service through email and telephone
• Direct and assist new hires and Human Resources during the hiring and onboarding process, including some training and assist with orientations
• Support the onsite Operation managers with daily tasks
• Resolve routine customer questions and complaints, or refer to higher level
• Serve as liaison between customers, suppliers, and warehouse and packaging personnel
• Maintain records, prepare required reports, and perform related typing/work processing and clerical duties
• ·All other duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisor and other associates both orally and in writing and get along well with others in organization.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, solve problems, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
• Participate in corrective and preventative actions and continuous improvement projects.
• Basic data entry and/or word processing skills.
• Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating system.
• 1 – 2 years Human Resource experienced preferred
