    Come join our Warehousing and Co-Packing team! Keller Warehousing & Co-packing is looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our staff! Located at 3780 Lake Park Drive, Covington, KY 41017. This person will be the first point of contact for any visitors and guests coming into the front office and will be responsible for answering the phones and directing and assisting vendors. We will need someone with a friendly attitude and welcoming smile.

    Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing is new to the Covington, KY area, but we have been in the logistics business for over 40 years! We are an asset-based third-party logistics (3PL) provider headquartered in Defiance, Ohio, that started in 1978 as Thomas E. Keller Trucking, and have since evolved into four affiliate companies: Keller Trucking, Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing, Keller Freight Solutions and Hydrofresh HPP.

    Must be at least 21 years old, able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background and eVerify checks. No alcohol related offenses in the past 10 years.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide efficient, courteous customer service through email and telephone. • Review time and attendance in ADP. • Create and develop programs to boost employee morale.  • Assist with onboarding new employees. • Direct and assist new hires and Human Resources during the onboarding process. • Support the onsite Director or Operations with daily tasks as needed. • Resolve routine customer questions and complaints, or refer to higher level. • Serve as liaison between customers, suppliers, and warehouse and packaging personnel. • Maintain records, prepare required reports, and perform related typing/work processing and clerical duties.
