What you’ll be called: Client Care Coordinator

We’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator to work with our KW MAPS Coaching team to help enable the success of our agents.
Our ideal Client Care Coordinator provides world-class customer service and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new programs and databases. You are extremely organized, an expert at follow up, thorough, and work quickly but thoughtfully.
What will you do?
KW MAPS Coaching offers training and coaching for real estate professionals and business leaders committed to transforming their lives and businesses. You will work to provide the resources and support that enable KW MAPS Coaching to be the coaching company of choice with a world class reputation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Customer Relationship Management tool and ensure timely task completion and follow up.
Answer general phone calls for the department and respond to messages for all MAPS customer service inquiries.
Facilitate Mastery Client monthly calls, communications and recordings.
Proactively call and survey clients in MAPS individual coaching clients to determine satisfaction. Create a results report and distribute to the Client Care Manager and KW MAPS Coaches.
Administer the Mastery Client Network Facebook page, including verification of member status, creating posts and monitoring engagement.
Maintain accurate client feedback in documents intended for coaching development and client satisfaction.
With concerned clients, immediately notify the Client Care Manager and document feedback.
Obtain and maintain 1-on-1 client testimonials.
Assist in creating and implementing registration process for Master Clients at events.
Manage and maintain the Mastery Client Lounge for events.
Perform event-specific duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Various duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills:
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Must have very strong working knowledge MSWord and Excel
Ability to learn other programs, databases and websites quickly
Quick to respond to requests and completely dependable on follow-through
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Superior oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Cares about people and consistently provides a world class experience
