The Real Estate Office Manager will have the responsibility of ensuring the competent running of the office day-to-day and providing support to the real estate professionals. Compensation: • Salary: $60,000+ • Health Stipend • 401k • Bonus Opportunities • Growth potential Responsibilities: Key Objectives: • Ensure precise financial and banking operations • Oversee computerized bookkeeping • Manage office purchases and supplies • Utilize general office skills to maintain efficient operations • Support the Team Leader in agent and office management • Supervise and mentor office staff Regular Duties: • Data entry and bookkeeping (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable) • Implement and manage office systems • Purchase office supplies and equipment • Maintain office technology and equipment • Create meeting agendas and take minutes • Recruit, train, and consult personnel • Introduce new products/services to agents • Manage office receptionists, agents, and other staff • Oversee marketing listings, requiring strong IT skills • Maintain and manage database systems • Assist agents and their administrative staff to enhance their work experience • Directly manage office employees, including the Director of First Impressions, CVO, and broker Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years experience in finance or accounting is required • Management experience is strongly preferred • Experience in a real estate office is a plus • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field • Proven ability to create and implement office systems and procedures • Demonstrate excellent leadership and building team skills. • Exhibit exceptional verbal, written, and communication abilities. • Detail-oriented and thorough in task completion • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong leadership skills • Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain a solution-oriented attitude Compensation: $60,000+
