The individual must be an independent decision maker, self-sufficient, and self-directed in their activities.
The Assistant MCA must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its associates’ needs in such a way that they (the associates) are receiving the expected level of service and remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the Market Center. The Assistant MCA will be involved with clerical, administrative, agent associates, and managerial parties on an ongoing daily basis. They will also be tasked with supporting the MCA and agents. They, and the other staff members, will assist the MCA with driving retention of 80 percent of associates that the Team Leader is not directly responsible for retaining.
The Assistant MCA will have job-specific skills that minimally include experience in accurate banking and/or accounting services, computerized bookkeeping and general computer experience, and excellent administrative skills. They must be task oriented, detail oriented, calm under pressure with some project management experience, general office skills, and purchasing knowledge.
What will you do? *These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
Act as the MCA in their absence, as required
Assist in all aspects of the Market Center financials
Help to share the Market Center value story.
Arrange for training and build attendance in Market Center training events.
Working with experienced agents to transition their business to the KW model.
Support agents with their use of the KW Command system and work to ensure adoption across the entire Market Center.
Handle questions agents bring.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Computer input.
Work with agents, coordinators and compliance to complete real estate transactions through the KW system.
Assist the MCA with bookkeeping (A/R and A/P)
Market trainings and classes for the Market Center.
Work closely with Leadership, the ALC, and committees on planning and implementation.
Work closely with Compliance on adherence to legal requirements.
Assist with all Market Center events, not limited to RED Day, training events, food drives, BOLD coordination, vendor support, weekly setup when in Market Center, and many other activities throughout the year.
Learn and keep up to date with all KW technology, specifically the Command system. Help agents set up Command, their websites, contacts and smart plans.
Assist leadership with other administrative tasks as needed.
Assist DFI with breaks and cross training for the position.
Communications/Interactions:
Staff – To be responsible for daily activities of the Market Center, works closely with MCA, Broker of Record, Director of First Impressions, and all other team members - daily.
Sales Associates – Ensuring the smooth process of transactions through the KW system. Assist in connecting them to our resources. Assist in their adoption and use of KW technology. – daily
Team Leaders – Morning standup meeting – daily
Other KW offices and the corporate organization to encourage training attendance, and represent the Market Center and it’s agents and staff.

Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary, health insurance contribution, performance-based bonuses, Profit Share, and other employee benefits.
