SOUTH FLORIDA CATERPILLAR DEALER SEEKING A PRODUCT SUPPORT SALES MANAGER.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

• Develop and retain effective product Support Representatives, Condition Monitoring group, and the Undercarriage Inspectors.
• Provide the coaching, mentoring, and development of the human resources within the product support sales department.
• Develop and direct parts and service merchandising programs. These programs include undercarriage, hydraulics, ground-engaging tools, and customer support agreements to name a few. 
• Establish and maintain good customer relations and good relations with other departments.
• Good relations and communications exist to provide for the team spirit with other departments.
• Manage product and sales training for PSSR’s.
• Collect and analyze parts and service marketing data.
•  Administer customer survey program for parts and service. 
• Manage the customer survey system. 
• Maintain a good working relationship with Cat and Exxon Mobil reps. 
• Work closely with Cat and Exxon Mobil to develop marketing and sales programs to support Cat and Kelly Tractor’s initiatives
•  Travel to other Kelly Tractor Co branches and customer locations as needed.

 QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; and three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
