    Ken Fulk Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Project Coordinator with 1 + years professional experience to work directly in our Purchasing Department (POLE) to Purchase and Expedite Furnishings for high-end residential and hospitality projects. Will Train the Right Person.

    The Purchasing Project Coordinator will be responsible for Creating Estimates, Purchasing, Following Through on Purchase Orders and Expediting under the direct supervision of the Department Director. This position requires computer literacy, ability to work well with others, ability to work well in a deadline driven, team driven creative environment. Detail oriented people only should apply.

    Key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

    · Create Estimates– Based on Specifications Submitted By Designers.

    · Review Estimate for Content and Accuracy with Director/Design Team

    · Must be able to input accurate images into our Software Program

    · Must be computer savvy and familiar with Mac Office

    · Purchasing - Prepare Accurate Purchase Orders, Math skills a must

    · Track Order Status – Exceptional Follow Through Skills Required

    · Coordinate CFA Approvals, Keep Reserves Updated, Coordinate and Document the Approval of All Submittals

    · Expediting - Furnish Expediting Reports to Design Teams and Purchasing Manager

    · Maintain Accurate Records and Files

    · Serve as principal contact for all vendors and showrooms, supporting your assigned project.

    Applicants should be organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take on a variety of tasks. Strong verbal and written communications skills, time management and the ability to multi-task will be required.

    Position is full time, compensation based on experience. KFI offers medical insurance stipend, sick and vacation days.
