Responsibilities include mounting and balancing tires, installing lift and leveling kits, and advising on size and appearance considerations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and promptly report any existing damage or safety concerns to management. Confirm proper installation through test drives and ensure an adequate supply inventory for installations. Seize opportunities for increased pay by recommending additional products and services to customers. Responsibilities: • Advise Customers and Management/Sales on best options for vehicles. • Install and troubleshoot Suspension Level/Lift Kits • Report to work on time, customers are often waiters and we schedule your time based on that • Install, troubleshoot, tire & wheel installation • Sales either directly to customers or through sales staff. • Perform vehicle condition checklist before and after installation, take pictures, and point out problems or potential concerns either to customer, sales, or management before touching the vehicle • Keep the area clean and organized • Help with inventory receiving and get to management when no one else available • Alert when installation is complete and provide pictures for social media. (company camera supplied) • Must keep customers' vehicles clean and free from leftover items • Ability to work in other areas with supplied training for increased income. Several areas available Qualifications: • Must have 2+ Years of verifiable job experience with references in the automotive Suspension / Wheel & Tire Mount and Balancing industry • Task-oriented, able to complete assigned jobs without supervision, and self-motivating. • Ability to interact with customers and CSRs for upgrade / upsell other products & services • Must be punctual • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record • Ability to communicate with team members and customers when necessary for safe accurate completion of task Compensation: $31,200 - $45,760 yearly + Bonuses
