The Key Account Manager is a critical member of the sales team, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts. The Key Account Manager focuses on deepening customer relationships, identifying additional business opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Candidates must reside in one of the following states for full consideration for this position: Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, or Ohio.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to grow revenue within existing key accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and effectively.
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other internal teams to ensure that products meet customer specifications and that solutions are delivered timely.
Coordination with Applications Engineering teams to lead ‘Engineering Lunch & Learns’ at customer locations to help educate them on the problems that our materials and engineering team can solve.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in an engineering, sales, or related field; bearing and or composite experience required
7+years’ technical sales, business development or engineering experience required

Compensation:
Base salary in the 120k - 130k/year range, plus uncapped commission
