Job Description
As a Key Accounts Manager, you will promote and sell Franchise services in an assigned territory, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales goals. You’ll grow our customer base through strategic outreach, building relationships, and educating clients about SERVPRO® services using tools like Emergency Ready Plans (ERP).
Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals by:
Executing the sales cycle and setting closing appointments.
Maintaining contact lists and participating in professional associations.
Hosting lunch-and-learns and promoting continuing education (CE) courses.
Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and educate clients on emergency preparedness.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to demonstrate SERVPRO®’s value.
Manage a “Target 25” list of key prospects and develop them into long-term clients.
Collaborate with marketing managers and owners to secure referrals.
Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving territory goals.
Qualifications
2+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
Experience in sales and marketing within the service sector.
Strong communication, customer service, and administrative skills.
Results-driven with a strong business acumen.
Proficiency with business software technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Ability to pass a background check.
Bonus Qualifications
Ability to provide accurate pretesting, scoping, and service estimates.
Track and monitor job progress to ensure customer satisfactio
