We are looking for a Supervisor who will ensure all operations at our facilities are carried out productively, contributing to company's profitability and sustainable growth. Your duties will also include coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
We expect you to be a competent individual, able to guide and train employees, results-driven and focused. We also expect you to be well-versed in processes under the role's responsibility.
Manage workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Establish priorities, performance goals and deadlines, according to company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
Supervise employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Organize and manage timekeeping and personnel records
Respond to complaints and resolve problems
Help to facilitate interaction between upper management and employees
Create performance reports and present them to the managers
Prepare suggestions on reward and promotion based on performance, as well as disciplinary actions when needed
Contribute to hiring and training of new employees
Oversee the compliance with legal and company policies and procedures
2+ years' experience of working on a Supervisor or other similar position
Significant experience of leading, managing and training personnel
Good knowledge of corporate policies and applicable legal guidelines
Good practical experience with MS Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Diploma or Certificate in first line management or other relevant area
High school diploma and BSc or BA degree in management or other relevant area
