We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who will support a higher-level manager and help to ensure the effective operation of our business and the satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for meeting the goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You should be a leader with a strong business mindset and be skilled in organizing work and solving problems. We also expect you to possess decent interpersonal and mediation skills.
Support managers in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
Organize daily activities and ensure schedules and objectives are met
Interact with customers and learn their needs and specifications
Manage, supervise and support the personnel
Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources
Analyze and interpret data and prepare reports on the analysis results
Manage recruitment process and training & development
Ensure adherence to company's policies and guidelines
3+ years' experience of working on an Assistant Manager or other related position
Significant experience in recruiting and performance evaluation is an asset
Excellent knowledge of financial and customer service principles and practices
Good knowledge of data analysis procedures
Good practical experience with MS Office
Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
Analytical mind with good math skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
BSc or BA degree in business administration or other relevant area; MSc or MA degree will be a bonus
