    Kickstart Toddler Soccer is looking for a part-time CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR to add to our team.

    Hours: 28-34 Hours Per Week

    Days of Work to include: Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun - Schedule will be 3 days on, 3 days off. Hours are 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

    Location: In-office work will be required approximately 50% of the time, while remote work will be available at other times.

    Duties:

    Duties to include, but not limited to:

    Answering and following up on all customer inquiries that come to us via: Phone, Text, Email, and Social Media platforms Working with other team members (and admins) to follow up on all customer service concerns.

    Using our software systems to roster players, create registrations and events, etc

    Salary:

    $17 Starting Salary with raises considered based on performance.

    Skills: We are looking for someone highly self-motivated, who demonstrates strong communication skills (including excellent grammar and spelling), exudes a positive and friendly attitude, and is proficient with computers among other essential qualifications.

    Paid Time Off: Will be granted after 90 days on the job

    Experience: Working in a team environment with strong customer service experience is preferred.
