� About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you’ll provide individualized care and companionship to clients in their homes. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals who are eager to support and mentor you as you grow in your career.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one, compassionate care to patients
• Assist with assessments and follow personalized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor health status
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families
• Keep accurate, timely documentation
• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced care team

✅ What You’ll Need:

• AZ (or compact) Nursing License
• Valid Class D Driver’s License
• Current BLS Certification
• TB Test or Chest X-ray (within last 12 months)
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZDPS issued)
• Article 9 Training
