    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    As KidKraft continues to expand our business globally, we continue to look for the best and brightest to help drive business decisions. To this end, we are looking for a talented individual to join the team as a Product Information Management (PIM) Manager/Data Analyst. This individual will manage the data and demand planning reporting in KidKraft systems. In addition, they will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Demand Planning, Finance, and IT to deliver and maintain information to help drive key decision making. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for product master data management (Outdoor & Indoor categories).
    • Manage product data integrity.
    • Trouble shoot and problem solve any product data issues (Tableau / NetSuite / Forecast Pro).
    • Participate in system testing and enhancement projects.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams (IT, Brand Team, Sales Support Team).
    • Application support (proper master data flows, error resolution).
    • Responsible for developing and maintain reports for demand planning team.
    • Collaborate with demand planner and supply planners to create inventory control reporting.
    • Monitor Forecast flow from Supply / Demand planning teams to the factories.
    • Other responsibilities as needed.

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years’ experience in product information, master data management.
    • Get things done attitude; self-motivated, with the ability to “roll-up sleeves” and prioritize.
    • Superior problem solving and analytical skills. Takes a data-driven approach to problem solving and decisions and draws upon business insight where information is incomplete.
    • Process Management: Able to create, manage and improve existing processes.
    • Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.
    • Collaboration: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners, including sales, marketing, and IT.
    • Influencing & Negotiation: Can present ideas and directions that lead others to action without authority.
    • Knowledge of product hierarchies, process pertaining to product management, architecture, data quality.
    • Strong analytical abilities: able to dig into complex data sets to help inform decisions.
    • Advanced Excel and Access skills.
    • Experience implementing new supply and inventory planning tools and processes preferred.
    • Experience using NetSuite, Tableau, SQL, SAS.
