Job description
The main responsibility of the Kid’s Club Team Member is to observe, monitor, and interact with all children in our Kid’s Club ensuring everyone has a great experience. We are looking for an individual with experience in this field.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets and introduces all children into the Kid’s Club area with a welcoming smile.
Follows company policy by requiring that all children have a valid Kid’s Club membership, and parents sign a waiver for any children using the Kid’s Club
Maintains a clean, safe environment by following established security procedures and being aware of surroundings at all times.
Keeps appropriate records and reporting of attendance, behavior, and accidents daily to Parents and Manager
Engages and supports necessary disciplinary action for any child who needs behavioral re-direction
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Communicates effectively with parents and guardians, children and coworkers
Energetic and friendly personality
Patience with all children is required
