Lead Gymnastics Instructor & Party Host – Full-Time Leadership Track to Assistant Director

We’re currently hiring a Shift Lead Instructor/Party Host to join our team. This is a full-time position with clear growth potential into Asst. Director & Regional leadership roles.

About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll be the Lead Instructor & Party Host, teaching classes, running events, and engaging directly with children and families. You’ll also take on additional responsibilities to support gym operations and staff development.

This role is perfect for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career, grow into management, and lead by example on the gym floor.

What You’ll Do: 🤸‍♀️ Lead high-energy fitness, gymnastics, and ninja classes 🎂 Host and oversee birthday parties, camps & special events 💬 Assist with staff training, scheduling & customer service 📋 Help manage day-to-day gym operations and administrative tasks 🌟 Create a fun, safe, clean environment for children & families 🚗 Must be able to travel between both locations (California, MD & Waldorf, MD) – mileage subsidy provided

Who You Are: ✅ A strong leader who leads by example ✅ High-energy, positive, and reliable ✅ Great with children and parents ✅ Organized and detail-oriented ✅ Comfortable teaching classes, leading events, and mentoring staff ✅ Weekend availability required ⭐️ Previous experience in leadership, fitness, teaching, recreation, or childcare is a plus
