Job Description

 We are kihbba.com, and we are an annual support membership for small and medium sized businesses. Company employees call us for support with CRM setup and integrations, zapier automations, voip integrations, mailchimp...basically any SaaS product on the market. In total, we support 121 tools. Some you might recognize are Pipedrive, zoho, salesforce, zapier, g suites, calendly, clickfunnels, etc. 

Your job would be to quickly and efficiently solve customer problems as they are communicated to you by our business technology experts, and by your own expertise. 

Typical daily support tickets are:

• Adjust settings in tools like CRM's, email, websites, etc. 

• Build communications and follow ups from tools like zapier

• Build "on technology" automations for members

• Integrate 2 systems using webhooks or zapier connections

• Assist in the importing or exporting of data for members

• Adjust previously built automations and integrations

• Setting up new technologies and integrating them into the members environment

While this role is full time, we currently ramp our technicians into the role to ensure we don't overwhelm them with the amount of tools we need them to be proficient in. You will be trained to do anything you don't know to do yet, and will be provided training by us and the technology partners we have. 

Pay for the role ranges from $18 per hour to $28 per hour based on past experience and required training needs.
