Job Description
Honestly, it’s pretty straightforward. Sell our products, use the CRM to manage your activity. Treat our customers with respect and integrity. The right candidate for this job knows the life of an outside sales role and has experience in this industry. The great part about this job is you’ll be selling excellent products for a company that values integrity, quality, and long lasting relationships. You’ll also have the opportunity to make a lot of money.
· Open new retail accounts to carry our hemp products
· Track and manage all leads in CRM
· Create and maintain systems for account management and order reminders
· Communicate feedback to management
· Meet weekly and monthly quotas
Skills
· Genuine love for sales
· Genuine interest in hemp
· Self-starting, independent
· Organized and articulate
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years smoke shop/vape shop/cannabis/hemp sales experience in Austin area
Compensation
Base Salary + Commission
