As a BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST, you will:
Enable, promote, and supports effective use of data, information, and technology to support and improve financial systems and their development. Responsible for requirements gathering and coordinates technical design and solution implementation. Promotes collaborative work practices with other IS teams, internal corporate teams, vendors, and customers, to implement financial and enterprise information systems, information and services designed to enhance the Company’s ability to carry out its mission.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Works in collaboration with other Information System departments, other internal corporate teams to design and implement financial and enterprise systems supporting business objectives.
- Participates in the identification, documentation, planning and delivery of a wide range of capital projects, enhancements, break/fix requests and other programs/processes as defined by the business.
- Participates in the overall delivery of high quality, timely and accurate solutions. Works with all management and system users to identify their information needs and support them in planning and decision making.
- Prepare system flow charts, decision tables, record layouts, screen displays and formats for reports. Attend meetings with user departments in order to obtain information on their needs, current operational procedures, data input and reporting requirements.
- Participate in developing project plans, outlining tasks to be completed, time-frames, and dedicated resources needed to build new systems.
- Evaluate hardware/software requirements, prepare project time/cost estimates and analyze the feasibility of proposed new applications
Required Skills
- Bachelors / Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- MINIMUM 5+ YEARS WORKING AS A BUSINESS ANALYST - SAP REQUIRED - REQUIRED MODULES - HCM AND PAYROLL SYSTEMS
- SUCCESSFACTORS HCM- SAP EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED
- A minimum of two years’ experience including analyzing process flows and supporting the design of new computer systems generally required
- PMP certification preferred
- Ability to conceptualize and convert business processes into computer applications
- Ability to model business processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills in order to communicate effectively and to obtain cooperation/collaboration from corporate users, all management associates and field personnel and customers.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work under stress, often with conflicting priorities, and to respond quickly in emergency situations.
- Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
